(1C)Where a contractor vents or flares under this section, such contractor shall – (a) ensure that the gas venting or flaring is kept at the lowest possible level; (b) inform the Authority of the carrying out of such venting or flaring and the circumstances requiring such action; and (c) submit to the Authority such information as the Authority may require with respect to such venting or flaring.
