Temporary Deputy Chairlady, Clause 100 deals with the powers of entry to inspect land. The Senate amendment seeks to increase the period for which an applicant is required to give notice from 15 to 30 days. The notice can also be issued through other appropriate fora so as to ensure that the information is widely published within the local community in which the land exists. We also found this to be necessary. We concur and support the amendment."}
