So, corruption is the theatre of the absurd in our country. Clause 3 relates to the implementation of the Act and provides that the EACC shall be responsible for its enforcement. We are making a law for the EACC. The earlier the better, the Commission should put its house in order because it is also supposed to implement, among other issues, the Anti- corruption and Economic Crimes Act."}
