It is a good day for Members of Parliament who represent constituencies in cities and urban centres. The original Bill left out the Kenya Urban Roads Authority. I want to thank the Chair and the Committee for bringing back that element. Finally, I thank all the Committee members and the House for dealing with this Bill which has stayed in this House for over one year and a half. I hope the Senate will not keep it for another two years because we have less than a year to elections. I beg to support."}
