I want to contribute to this very important debate. The Committee did a good job but their Report has some Clauses which hon. Members feel that if we adopt them, there will be no time to change them. Regarding the issue of party- hopping, the amendments that have been brought to this House by Hon. Aluoch Olago resonate very well with hon. Members here because there was fear that people’s rights are being curtailed."}
