Gambling has been going on in our country with too much money being collected. This is the case and yet very little is being ploughed back. People have become multi-billionaires overnight because of the amount of money they have been collecting from Kenyans. We need to regulate this. However, this cannot happen unless we put some laws in place. This being the first amendment which allows for taxation by the Government, it has come at the right time. On top of this, we need to do many more amendments in order to bring some regulations to this field."}
