Deputy Speaker, I am a bit disturbed because where I come from, a PhD is a very important academic qualification. When you attain it and somebody rises on the Floor of this House to allege that they did not know that you are that intelligent--- Hon. Deputy Speaker you are a PhD holder while he only has one degree which he attained in the 1970s. We also know that in the 1970s you would be given a degree for just being disciplined and dedicated in school. It was a time to encourage people to go to school."}
