I will do it according to our own Standing Orders. That needs to be understood clearly. The point here is this: You made a serious allegation against a person who is not in this House. I have no idea of knowing whether or not what you have said is true. I have no idea at all. It is not part of my responsibility, really. However, the point I am making is that you are either going to substantiate what you have said or give us a date when you are going to substantiate with documents or you are going to withdraw and apologise. It is as simple as that."}
