Members, we need to do away with this particular clause in our Standing Orders so that we wait for Petitions to go through the normal process from which there will be a report which you Members will either oppose or support. This particular stage is for making comments and seeking clarifications. I do not know why Members are supporting it now. Let us refer the Petition to the relevant Committee that will give us a report within the stipulated time. After that you may either oppose or support the report. There is nothing to oppose at this stage. Now that I can see you are in a hurry to oppose or support things, let me hasten the process by which you will get to those areas. Let us move to the next Order."}
