(b) in sub-clause (5) by deleting paragraph (c) subparagraph (v) and substituting therefor the following new sub paragraph— “(v) conducts himself in a manner deemed to be inconsistent with this Act.” This is in line with the Mwongozo Report on the number of years one is supposed to serve as a Board Member."}
