Mwaura. This is a unique kind of Petition. One may have thought that it was only applicable in South Africa but now, Hon. Mwaura is bringing it to the attention of the entire country. I can see the Member to whom it is directed to. He needs to enact this legislation. Hon. Kamama, you have a heavy task. You may need to order for corrective surgery or any other such like thing.
