Ngeno was addressing both sides of the political divide, because last week there was a coalition that was also whipped. Hon. Speaker, every house which has a parent has rules. When parents summon their children, they go. I want to appreciate and understand Ngeno’s situation because he is yet to get into the family way, and understand how some of these things work."}
