The substantive Speaker gave a communication which I have a copy. Unless, that communication is rescinded, I have no problem. Even, the Report can be rejected or amended. I have no high premium interest in this Report. Furthermore, even if we reject it we will go back to where we were before. I want you to just speak on the communication that you made."}
