The British Government is engaging them to look for a solution. This being a bilateral agreement, I am sure the issue of aid or grants can be worked out so that communities in Meru can benefit. As I finish, I would like to appeal to Members to pass this Motion. It is basically because it is not a lifetime agreement. It will only last for five years."}
