The PPO in a letter dated on the 7th December says:- “The prayer meeting at Kamukunji grounds can be held on Monday 13th December 2010 because it is a public holiday.” That document is here. What justification can the Assistant Minister give for assaulting a Member of Parliament for going to Kamukunji under circumstances that were confirmed by the PPO?"}
