Secondly, looking at the program, I do not see room for Senators to ask the witness questions at this stage. The program is clear that the county government will respond to these issues at a time which has been set in the program. Therefore, it is extremely unprocedural for my witness to be asked questions now on issues, which will appear illegal and we will be responding to at the time when the Senators will be asking questions.
