I have just read your comment on page 5 where the issue of engineer estimates is mentioned. Hon. Senators, this is found at page 395 of the county assembly documents, Volume III. You have made reference to the issue of engineer’s estimates as a guide in procurement for civil works. You have commented that in this particular project there was a variance of about 26 per cent. Make your comment or opinion at clause 3.6 for the record."}
