I am very eager to debate the Motion that is to be brought before us and that is why I have been sitting patiently. However, as a lawyer, I feel it is not right. Let us debate the Motion procedurally. Your ruling say:- “Hon. Members, from all the foregoing, I rule that the Motion by the hon. Isaac Ruto, in its present form, is inadmissible.” So, what we have before us is inadmissible. How can we be amending what is inadmissible? So, I am very eager to debate that Motion. We have refused to go on Recess until we debate that Motion. However, let us not abuse process."}
