After that, we have a requisition from the user department requiring the service of goods then we will determine the procurement method depending on the series. After that, we may advertise or float quotations. They are opened in public, they are evaluated and then they are taken to the tender committee for award. That is following the old procurement law. They are awarded and then the contracts are signed."}
