Now, we are being told to excuse the governor for these indiscretions. That is a constitutional violation that he knows. In fact, as a practicing lawyer, today, if I were to go to court and challenge all the decisions and resolutions passed by that CEC, as currently constituted, it will be nullified, yet these are resolutions that have subjected the county government to expenses. This cannot be allowed to happen; where officers who are aware of the law and what they are supposed to do, come before the Senate and make admission that, yes, they have violated this, but seek for mercy. Laws were made to be obeyed. The law is the law. If there has been a violation, there is a sanction. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."}
