In this list, we have the latest who is Biko Mukabwa the son of Benard Likhanga from Museno Sub-Location of Khayega Location in Shinyalu. I am aware of this because I took part in the reporting. Could it be that in the system of the Government, members of the public can report on a matter and Nairobi is not given the information when it asks for it?
