Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 37. The justification for this is that we seek to ensure that funds for the KDF are in a separate vote. The issue of mixing the votes for the civilian component and the military component at times causes a challenge. We wanted to have a clear delineation of the KDF Vote given the peculiarity and the nature of their work, so that they can access their funds expeditiously for better operations."}
