Indeed, Section 14(7) of the Political Parties Act further provides that a member of a political party may only be expelled from that party if he has infringed on the constitution of the political party and after the member has been accorded a fair opportunity to be heard in accordance with the internal party dispute resolution mechanism as provided for in the Constitution."}
