Last week, I was asked by the Speaker to issue the statement which was requested by Sen. Bule today at 2.30 p.m. I have it with me here, but I need your direction. This is because Sen. Bule approached me and requested that he be given time to read it. It is a statement of about 15 pages with a lot of information that he wishes to digest before he can receive or accept me to read it in the House. Therefore, I need your direction. Although I know this had a lot of interests from Members in the House, they even asked me to read it whether he is in House or not. However, you can see the situation is a bit different today since many Members who had shown interest on it are not in the House. The question is still a very significant one. I request that you give directions with regard to this Statement."}
