The issues I am raising are very straight – where there is communication from a party to the Assistant Minister. Let him update these appointments as per the scheduled period he has stipulated because this is one Assistant Minister who has capacity to issue a letter for councilors in Thika to congregate and be paid, and it was done. Why can he not do the same with my nominees?"}
