If a judge accuses a litigant or a member of the public of attempting to influence a witness, disobeying an order or direction of a court or dismissing a servant because he has no evidence on behalf of a party or a judicial process, this Bill in Clause 5 sets out various offences and penalties that can be used against any person as far as contempt of court is concerned."}
