It is important for the courts and the judicial system to establish a close relationship with the public. Kenyans have become fearful of the application of justice to the legal enforcement mechanisms. It is high time the court systems establish a relationship with the people they are supposed to serve. This is also experienced in the police system. For many years, Kenyans have been afraid of the police. Through community policing, a relationship and bond is slowly being established and the Kenyan population is getting friendlier to the police as days go by."}
