I know that hon. Khalwale is the Chairman of the PAC and he knows how Government audits are done. Looking the way this Question is put, what I have provided could be something like a management report. It is in response to this Question. If it is an issue of audit, I think we will have to follow the Government procedures and I am sure the hon Member knows how those procedures are followed."}
