Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the world is presently caught up in such a way that humanity is constantly working towards oneness. Where that is not the case, unrest, greed, theft, harmful competition and other vices become rampant. Kenyans have a common destiny. Therefore, cattle rustling is not a pastoralist issue. It is a national issue. The Government must facilitate the journey towards this unity. The unseen factors must also be addressed. With those few remarks, I beg to move."}
