Billow to come and justify a travesty of law telling us that Sen. Obure has shifted from the CORD Coalition to the Jubilee Coalition hence the consequence of his letter. So, I ask Sen. Billow to go and tell Sen. Obure to resign as a member of the CORD Coalition and face an election. We cannot allow this type of behavior on a very contentious matter that we have had here. We cannot allow people to go and forge letters as a matter of desperation to go and fetch somebody. In fact, the person running to this place was Sen. Onchwangi. Because the guy hardly attends Senate, you go fish him to come and vote and leave out a person who is outstanding in terms of the contribution that she has had to this Senate. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we do not mind voting and losing but we mind that there is integrity in this House. This is one of the areas that enjoy enormous integrity; it is important that every vote counts in a manner that is proper."}
