Wetangula said is that, in my very considered opinion, I know he is a very senior Member of Parliament, having been here for a long time. I think in the first instance, he owes this House an apology for the reason that under Standing Order 100, he has imputed an extremely improper motive on a Member of this House; Sen. Onchwangi. This is because the bottom line of what Sen. Wetangula said is that the letter is a forgery. It has been said clearly, with the greatest respect, that Sen. Wetangula is not competent to talk about a forgery because he is not a handwriting expert. More importantly, in my honest opinion, we are consuming our time for no reason at all because you have made a ruling on this issue, you are a functus officio and there is nothing more you can do about it. Anybody who is aggrieved by that letter, we have the Privileges Act with us and if you should for the sake of argument prove anything other than what the Speaker has ruled based on those two letters, you know very well what route to take, but this is not the route.
