I will give a case of Mr. Kenneth Mwaniki versus the Republic where the court observed that the use of fingers to indecently assault a complainant does not fall under the definition. I will also give an example where women have been complaining that they undergo indecent acts in the ferry in Mombasa that when they are crossing, men do indecent acts behind them but they do not have ways of reporting since it is not in the law. We have redefined the indecent Act."}
