However, as soon as the Order for the Motion was read out, they all walked out. That cannot be accidental. This is a scheme to avoid dealing with this issue, a long outstanding issue which we must deal with and come to a conclusion. I think hon. Members are prepared to debate it. Let us debate it and hon.
