Prima facie, I do not agree with my colleagues who dismissed that petitioner. Secondly, I have heard statements when I was partly around. I do not say things that I do not understand. I grew up in an environment where cannabis sativa was rampant in use during my childhood. As a juvenile, I indulged heavily in that but it did not distract me anywhere I went."}
