However, I am being forced to bring reports which have not been received by the appointing authority. I advised my colleagues in this House that they have to amend the Commission of Inquiries Act, which they went ahead and amended. There is no way a law can be used retrospectively. It is not possible. I have told them so, but they are not listening. I want to agree with your ruling."}
