Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 43 of the Bill be deleted. We are justifying that the grouping of children in a school be left upon the teacher or the education centre to assess the pupils’ abilities and select a mode of grouping them. Earlier, they wanted to set criteria for grouping children based on a standard, but the teachers are well trained; they know the abilities of the pupils. They can group as per age or as per what the teacher deems fit. So, that clause should be deleted. Thank you."}
