Its key features are to guarantee minimum return. I do not think I will go into the details of it. The Government will support institutions that buy surplus produce from farmers. The Government will regulate the amount of food produced in the country; the Government will guarantee insurance for farmers in case of crop failure to guarantee income. So, that is a bill that we expect to come to the House."}
