My Chairperson of the Committee on Information and Technology is not averse to information coming from his Vice Chairperson. A similar question was raised by an assembly in court as to whether it is a contradiction for the Senate to interrogate financial matters of a county yet, ideally, that matter should be interrogated by a county assembly. The High Court has held that we have what is called a concurrent jurisdiction with the county assembly on matters of this nature. So, Sen. Kagwe may not be aware. This is a matter that has been fairly well settled."}
