I am only requesting the President to monitor this one very keenly because it has to be in an agreement from both Houses. This is a norm from the National Assembly whereby they have come up with a bad habit of disrespecting this House and taking it for granted. That is why I mentioned the President because finally if this Bill bypasses or the entire document bypasses and goes to the President for assent, he needs to have some follow-up of what is happening."}
