If you look at this quarry from Thika Road as you travel, you will realise that it is open. It is a ditch of over 300 metres deep that is left open. The Assistant Minister has said that the noise is not as a result of using explosives and yet the dust that comes out of that place is not as a result of the machinery being used. What will the Ministry do on this matter?"}
