The only person who happened to be with me from 2.30 p.m. to second my Bills is none other than Hon. Col. (Rtd.) Rasso, a man who participated in AMISOM operations in Somalia. Very few Members know that he played a big role in making sure that Kismayu was recaptured. He was part of the team. I think he led the operation. He is the Member for Saku. I beg to move and ask him to second."}
