Members can remember that that Bill was heavy. If you pick Clause 7 of the Bill, it is proposing to amend that Act by completely repealing and replacing Section 90 of the principal Act. It provides for the requirements, conversion or how you convert a public company into an unlimited company. Clause 7 is just dealing with the conversion."}
