Amos Kimunya has never been the Attorney-General of this Republic. The only thing I share with him is the first name. I am not aware of hon. Kenyatta ever having been the Attorney-General of this Republic. Would I be in order to ask the Member to substantiate the circumstances in which he has dragged our two names, the recommendations on the Attorney-General and the link between the two? As far as I am aware, in the subject here, namely, 2006/2007, when I was the Minister for Finance, we implemented to the extent possible, the recommendations of the Committee---"}
