Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to apply my mind on this issue. As much as I would like to support this Motion, that we re-introduce the Bill, I have a contrary opinion. I would like to oppose the re-introduction of that Bill in this House. We need to come up with another Bill to solve the issue. The Bill we want to re-introduce faced a lot of resistance and that is why it did not pass. The issue of the two-thirds gender rule, as the Leader of the Majority Party has said, has been a thorn in the fresh and something that has been very difficult to solve not only in this House, but also outside there. We need to come up with a very serious way of doing this thing. We should not bring a Bill here that will present us with problems. We need to find a way of amending that part of the Constitution that says that elective positions have to abide by the two-thirds gender rule. You cannot force people to elect a woman or a man!
