We have been able to increase money going to the counties. Our starting point was Kshs299 billion which has been allocated before and an additional of about Kshs5 billion. That gave us about Kshs303 billion. We were then able to negotiate it to Kshs302 billion. This is very important because it allows us to move on and pass as a Bill that is acceptable by both the Senate and the National Assembly. I second."}
