If you read through the various subsections, go to subsection 4 thereof, it says that no Member shall impute any improper motives on the other except by a substantive Motion. Therefore, we can do the politics but allow people to play their gymnastics as they choose. Of course, people do all manner of things. I will be making a Communication which is going to address the issue of what happens in the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC)."}
