However, I want him to apologise to the people of Kenya who voted for the Constitution in 2010. He was not a Member of Parliament. He was a Mayor of Migori, but the people of Kenya in 2010 and the 10th Parliament implemented the Constitution. The people did it through a referendum and Parliament, for those of us who served in the 10th Parliament, through legislation. I know Hon. Junet is busy canvassing for part of the leadership. He is not very far from securing his position, but I want him to be specific to the Motion."}
