Some constituencies were getting Kshs200 million while others were getting Kshs60 million. We changed that last year and amended the law to provide that whatever amount of money the national Government allocates is shared equally in all the 290 constituencies. So, what Garissa Township Constituency receives is exactly the amount of money Mwingi Central Constituency, of Dr. Mulyungi gets. I am very sorry for him. He joined politics and we have not coached him. He is in an unfriendly area. I read in the Press that he is being sought by the police. But, please, next time when you are given the microphone and you are speaking in vernacular, you have to be very careful. My neighbour and I will get the same amount of money from the NG-CDF. So, there is equity.
