They are molesting women on matatus, stealing from everybody and doing all manner of things. They are daring the Government even to tango with them. This has to come to an end. It is a very sad day for the village of Mahanga in Vihiga County, which is n ow gripped by a dark, gloomy cloud or mourning concentrated in one home and the neighborhoods."}
