Olekina. However, there is an emerging trend I am noticing which is bothering me. I am a good student of Sen. Khaniri who is a guru in parliamentary practice. Each time we make addresses in this House, it is done through the Chair. However, I have noticed that as Senators continue to make their address, some are gesticulating to the guests seating in the gallery while facing them. Is that in order? I request that you give due guidance to the House on that matter."}
